Since 1979....
Many of our newest customers are surprised when we tell them that we have been selling woodworking machinery across the country and even around the world since 1979, yet they have never heard of us.
Many are surprised to know that we are a fairly small organization, too. I like to say that we are a small family, although none of us are actually related. We just take care of each other.
Quality. I wish there was a fancier word for it but, there isn't. We sell Quality & Value.
This has been a theme for us for many years. We import machinery manufactured in Taiwan. The companies we represent include some pretty funny names (if pronounced correctly!) including Hoon Hsiang, Sheng Shing, Chiu Ting and many others.
Why is it that the price of a machine is the decision maker or breaker? We have been known in the industry for selling our equipment for too low a price compared to products that are similar to ours. That seems to deter people.
The question of "is it any good" and "how can you trust a low priced machine that claims any sort of quality"?
We don't have service centers, we try to keep our overhead low and we all work for free. We walk to work in the morning, catch the bus at night and do it again the next day where the boss meets us with hot tea and pineapple cakes in the morning.
Okay. Just kidding. Except that we do try to keep our overhead low.
Because we are a small organization, we feel that we are able to take care of customers on a personal level. We do our best to be sure that you are pleased with your purchase. We want to feel good about any sale we make.
